Submit Your Event to Visit Conwy’s What’s On Guide
If you’re organising an event in Conwy County and would like it to appear in our Visit Conwy What’s On listings, you can submit your details through our trusted listings partner, Data Thistle.
Data Thistle manages event submissions on our behalf, and your listing may also appear on their website and in the data feeds they supply to selected third‑party platforms.

Events must be submitted at least 7 days before they take place, and all listings are reviewed by Data Thistle’s content team before publication. Please be aware that they cannot guarantee the use of all submitted text or images.

If you have any questions or issues, please contact Data Thistle at events@datathistle.com with the name, date and location of your event as well as your enquiry.

If your event changes or is cancelled, please update your listing as soon as possible through your Data Thistle account so the information can be amended or removed promptly.
