Trefriw Woollen Mills

About

Established in 1859 and still run by the Williams family, we weave traditional Welsh bedspreads and fabric, travelling rugs and tweeds and generate our own electricity.

Welsh tapestry bedspreads, travelling rugs and tweeds woven on site. Our fabrics are made up into throws, cushion covers, bags, purses, men's caps. We also stock pure wool knitwear and accessories, sheepskin goods, craft kits, and gifts.

Our shop is open all year, Monday - Saturday. Our products are also available online at www.t-w-m.co.uk.

Weaving shed, water-powered turbine and video explaining how wool is processed can be viewed during shop hours.
