This 6-week evening sophrology course in Conwy teaches calming, practical tools to help you sleep better, reduce stress, and feel more in control — even when tinnitus flares up.
Each week, I'll be guided through practical exercises designed to:

- Reduce stress levels
- Improve sleep quality
- Support focus and concentration
- Build confidence in managing tinnitus day to day
No special equipment or previous experience is needed. You'll be seated comfortably in a small, friendly group setting.
