About

Two modern sea front self-catering duplex apartments. Sleeping 2 or 4, which can be booked individually or as a pair.

Gwylanedd's Llanfairfechan Promenade location directly on Wales Coastal Path/Cycleway 5 allows far reaching sea views over Conwy bay and Puffin Island from lounges and bedrooms.

For nature lovers Glan y Môr Elias and Morfa Madryn reserves are within short walking distance.

Llanfairfechan with easy access to the A55 and good public transport links is an ideal and peaceful seaside base for a holiday exploring Snowdonia, the Carneddau, Anglesey and nearby towns of Conwy and Llandudno. There are several National Trust properties and CADW sites within a 30 minute drive.

Beach access within 50m, Gwylanedd is a good location for watersports such as kayak and paddleboard via the promenade jetty.

Both apartments have far reaching sea views from lounge and main bedroom.

Gwylanedd One has king and twin bedrooms, Gwylanedd Two a king bedroom.

Modern well equipped dining kitchens have dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave and cooker.

High speed Wi-Fi and Netflix available.

Gas central heating.

Gwylanedd One has a balcony with sea view.

A large boot room in each apartment provides ample storage for cases and coats, and is equipped with a selection of beach gear including windbreaks, deck chairs and buckets and spades.

Llanfairfechan is well served by public transport, apartments have private off road parking.

The nine steps to the door and internal stairs could cause problems for people with mobility problems. No pets. No smoking. Day of arrival / departure: Friday. Short breaks are available between October and March, and last minute during the busy season - minimum of 3 nights.
