About

This moderate/strenuous, circular walk through the Gwydir Forest starts with a climb (200ft/60m) through woodland but then levels out to give fabulous views of the Snowdonia mountains. A short diversion (sign posted) leads to a further viewpoint point over Snowdonia and makes a good picnic spot too. From there on the route is much easier following a downhill route back to the starting point at Cae'n y Coed. Length of walk 2 miles/3.3 km.
