Llyn Brenig in Cerrigydrudion is inviting visitors to discover the invigorating combination of cold-water dipping and sauna therapy, which is said to boost circulation and enhance overall wellbeing.

The Brenig Sauna & Dip experience starts with immersing in the crisp Brenig Lake waters for one minute per one degree Celsius, allowing for optimum benefit. This is followed by the soothing heat of the brand-new sauna hut, where visitors can enjoy the stunning lake views.

Then repeat!

This hot/cold therapy experience can be enjoyed for one hour. As an alternative to the bracing waters of Brenig Lake, a plunge pool set at a pleasant 20^oC is situated adjacent to the sauna.
