• St George Hotel – One Friday night stay (Dinner, Bed & Breakfast) Must be taken by the end of April.

How to Enter

To enter the Competition, entrants must:

VISIT CONWY SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following rules apply to the Visit Conwy social media competition (the Competition). By entering, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter: The promoter of this Competition is Visit Conwy (Conwy Business Centre, Junction Way, Llandudno Junction LL31 9XX).

Duration

The Competition will open at 9:00am on 28 January 2026 and close at 11:59pm on 14 February 2026. Entries submitted before the opening time or after the closing time will not be valid.

Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom. Entrants must be able to travel to Conwy at their own expense. Employees of Visit Conwy, associated partners, prize providers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Conditions

One entry per person is permitted. Multiple comments by the same entrant will not increase the chances of winning. Entries must be made from public social media profiles so they can be viewed by the promoter. Automated, bulk or bot entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified. 

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Competition closing date. The draw will take place within a reasonable time after the Competition has ended (Monday 16th February  at 11am).

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they entered on. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours  of initial contact, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Publicity

By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Competition, including the use of their name, social media handle and images taken during the prize experience, without additional compensation.

Data Protection

Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and in accordance with Visit Conwy’s privacy policy (Link). Personal data will be retained for up to 12 months after the Competition closing date and then securely deleted.

General

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the Competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are released from any responsibility by each entrant.

The prizes are non-transferable and anything extras will be at the winner's cost.

Visit Conwy will not ask for any bank details.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.).
