Clogwyn Gigfran Walk in the Gwydyr Forest

This waymarked trail starts from St Mary's Church in Betws y Coed where there is plenty of parking behind the church. The trail follows a leafy minor road and climbs up a rocky hillside covered with scots pine, gorse and wood sage which affords wonderful views of the Llugwy and Conwy valleys. The walk is approximately 3.5 miles (8 km) and can be completed in about 2 hours.
