Things to do Near Craiglwyd

One of the best caravan parks in Conwy, Craiglwyd Hall has so much to offer.

The closest and most must-see location is Conwy itself. Here, you can take a trip through time around the river, from the 13th-century castle and walls to the period houses of Plas Mawr and Bodysgallen Hall, to the suspension bridge and not forgetting the smallest house in Britain. Just beyond Conwy, is Deganwy and the Deganwy Marina. You will find the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno and the Great Orme nearby.

There are plenty of outdoor activities for all the family in this area, including fishing at the Graiglwyd Springs located next door to Craiglwyd Hall. A short drive away is the National Trust Bodnant Gardens. There’s also a wealth of water sports to enjoy along this incredible coastline.

Further afield, there’s Snowdonia National Park and the adrenaline rush of Zip World, a zip line across a former slate quarry that makes for a truly memorable family experience like no other. The fastest zipline in the world, you zoom over 1,555 metres at speeds of over 100mph with extraordinary views.
