Signatures Restaurant

About

Owned and managed by Executive Chef Jimmy Williams and his very talented wife, Louise, they have created one of the best dining experiences on the North Wales coast.

The contemporary surroundings lead to a theatre-style kitchen, which allows you to view the chef and his highly trained team prepare freshly made dishes just for you. As double winners of the Best Welsh Restaurant Award, Jimmy creates all the mouth-watering dishes and tweaks the menu on a regular basis, giving plenty of variety to all.
